Tuesday I ran on the treadmill as it was still FREEZING temps out there... -30 on Tuesday. So I did 53 mins on the treadmill for a total of 8.25 km. (1 min walk, 50 min straight running, 2 min walk).I also did a short leg/ab workout. But really... I only did 20 mins and missed a lot of the exercises ...
