the van drove away…….they scattered and began knocking on doors to offer a “gift” ….. “free” carpet cleaning……NOT……they were selling kirby vacuums!!! is this dumping technique legal?? are permits required for these sales people?? they had no i.d.s…..no business cards…..wouldn’t take NO for an answer ...
