Compaq C700 Touchpad Scroll Not Working??

I just purchased a compaq c700 laptop and had to upgrade to windows vista business for my school network…now the scroll bar on the touchpad doesn’t work. Does anyone happen to know where i could get a driver to install that would make the scroll bar work again? any help would be greatly appreciated.
