| Hazel nut chocolate truffles 6 days ago by bakingmaniac 朱古力,相信沒大多人不愛,或者抗拒。因為家裡的朱古力要到期了,今天就做了松露朱古力。本來答應了朋友加點牛奶味的,可惜家裡全都是70%黑朱古力。於是還是忠於原本計劃,通通都做了榛子松露朱古力,分別用了可可粉及綠茶用coating。今次選用了 美味 DIY的食譜,不過卻特地用上原粒榛子,不做焦糖,因為家裡都是不太嗜甜。 材料 黑朱古力70% 100g 牛奶/淡忌廉 50g 焦糖杏仁/榛果 適量 可可粉/抹茶粉/糖霜 適量 做法: 1. 朱古力隔熱水坐溶,加入牛奶/淡忌廉拌勻; 2. 再加入焦糖杏仁/榛果拌勻; 3. 放入雪櫃雪硬,取出搓成圓形,每粒包入焦糖杏仁/榛果; 4. ...
