Attualmente i termini di licenza di Microsoft prevedono la possibilità di spostare una licenza da un device all’altro, ma solo dopo 90 giorni di inutilizzo della licenza stessa. Nel caso di server virtuali, la migrazione da un host all’altro richiederebbe dunque l’acquisto di due licenze.
