Olympic Torch Reached Arctic Canada

The Olympic torch has reached parts of Arctic Canada including the most northerly base of Alert in Nunavut. The organizers wanted the Arctic regions to be represented in the routes that the Olympic torch relay will take enroute to Vancouver for the winter Olympics.
